Ingredients

  • 60 ml 2 fl oz white rum

  • 45 ml 1 1/2 fl oz fresh lime juice

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz simple syrup

  • 120 g 4 oz mango chunks (preferably frozen)

  • 1 handful 1 Ice cubes

  • Blender
  • Jigger
  • Coupe glass

Instructions

  • Add the ice cubes and mango chunks to the blender first to ensure even blending.
  • Pour the white rum, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup into the blender over the solid ingredients.
  • Blend the mixture on high speed for about 30 seconds or until it reaches a smooth, consistent texture.
  • Pour the blended mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
  • Optionally, garnish with a lime wheel or a small slice of mango on the rim of the glass.
