Ingredients
60 ml 2 fl oz Light Rum
30 ml 1 fl oz Dark Rum
30 ml 1 fl oz Orange Curaçao
15 ml 1/2 fl oz Orgeat Syrup
15 ml 1/2 fl oz Lime Juice
60 ml 2 fl oz Pineapple Juice
30 ml 1 fl oz Orange Juice
15 ml 1/2 fl oz Grenadine
1 cup 1 cup Ice

- Hurricane Glass
Instructions
- Add 1 cup of ice to the blender.
- Using the jigger, measure and pour light rum, dark rum, orange curaçao, orgeat syrup, lime juice, pineapple juice, and orange juice into the blender.
- Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and frothy.
- Pour the blended mixture into a hurricane glass. Slowly pour grenadine over the top to create a layered effect. Garnish with a pineapple slice and a cherry.
Notes
- For a stronger flavor, you can increase the amount of dark rum.
