Ingredients

  • 60 ml 2 fl oz Light Rum

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz Dark Rum

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz Orange Curaçao

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz Orgeat Syrup

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz Lime Juice

  • 60 ml 2 fl oz Pineapple Juice

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz Orange Juice

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz Grenadine

  • 1 cup 1 cup Ice

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Jigger
  • Hurricane Glass

Instructions

  • Add 1 cup of ice to the blender.
  • Using the jigger, measure and pour light rum, dark rum, orange curaçao, orgeat syrup, lime juice, pineapple juice, and orange juice into the blender.
  • Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and frothy.
  • Pour the blended mixture into a hurricane glass. Slowly pour grenadine over the top to create a layered effect. Garnish with a pineapple slice and a cherry.

Notes

  • For a stronger flavor, you can increase the amount of dark rum.
