15 ml 15 simple syrup
120 ml 120 chilled champagne or prosecco
lemon or orange twist, for garnish

Instructions
- Fill your cocktail shaker with ice.
- Pour the bourbon, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup into the shaker.
- Shake well for about 15 seconds to combine and chill the ingredients.
- Strain the mixture into a champagne flute.
- Top up with chilled champagne or prosecco.
- Garnish with a lemon twist
Notes
