Ingredients

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz elderflower liqueur

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz fresh lemon juice

  • 90 ml 3 fl oz champagne or sparkling wine

  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the elderflower liqueur and fresh lemon juice. If you prefer a slightly sweeter drink, you may adjust the elderflower liqueur to taste.
