Ingredients
15 ml 1/2 fl oz triple sec
30 ml 1 fl oz vodka
60 ml 2 fl oz pineapple juice
30 ml 1 fl oz Champagne
Maraschino cherry, for garnish

Instructions
- Pour in the vodka, triple sec, and pineapple juice in the cocktail shaker.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well-chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
- Gently top with the chilled champagne.
- Add a maraschino cherry to the rim or drop it in the glass for a festive touch.
