Ingredients
60 ml 2 fl oz Gin
30 ml 1 fl oz Lemon juice
30 ml 1 fl oz Simple syrup
6 6 Cucumber slices
Soda water (to top off)
Ice cubes

Instructions
- Add 4-5 cucumber slices to a cocktail shaker. Use a muddler to gently press and release the cucumber’s juices.
- Pour in the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds to chill and mix the ingredients.
- Fill a Collins glass with fresh ice and strain the mixture over the top.
- Pour soda water into the glass and gently stir with a bar spoon to combine.
- Add a thin cucumber slice or spiral for garnish.
Notes
- For an extra layer of flavor, use a pinch of salt when muddling the cucumber. It enhances the fresh taste and balances the sweetness.
