Ingredients

30 ml 1 fl oz vodka (preferably vanilla-infused)

120 ml 4 fl oz chilled champagne or prosecco

15 ml 1/2 fl oz fresh lemon juice

1 handful 1 handful pink cotton candy
-
3 drops 3 drops pink food coloring

Instructions
- Chill your coupe glass in the freezer for about 5 minutes before preparing the cocktail.
- Pour the vodka and lemon juice into the chilled glass.
- Gently add the champagne or prosecco, being careful not to overfill the glass as you’ll need room for the cotton candy.
- Add 2-3 drops of food coloring and give a very gentle stir with a bar spoon to incorporate.
- Place the cotton candy atop the cocktail just before serving. It will begin dissolving immediately upon contact with the liquid.
