Corpse Reviver No. 2 Cocktail Recipe

The Corpse Reviver No. 2 is a classic gin-based cocktail that dates back to the 1930s and is one of the most famous “hair of the dog” drinks. Originating from the United Kingdom, this cocktail was initially designed to wake up those suffering from the aftereffects of the previous night’s indulgence, hence its “reviving” name. The Corpse Reviver No. 2 is well-balanced, combining gin, Cointreau, Lillet Blanc, lemon juice, and a hint of absinthe for a refreshing, citrusy flavor with a complex finish.
