Ingredients

  • 60 ml 2 fl oz vanilla vodka

  • 60 ml 2 fl oz coconut rum

  • 60 ml 2 fl oz cream of coconut

  • 20 ml 2/3 fl oz pineapple juice

  • Coconut flakes for garnish

  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Rim the martini glass with coconut flakes if desired. Moisten the rim with cream of coconut and dip it into the coconut flakes.
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine vanilla vodka, coconut rum, cream of coconut, and pineapple juice.
  • Fill the shaker with ice, seal it, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill the mixture thoroughly.
  • Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glass and serve.
