Ingredients

  • 60 ml 2 fl oz White Rum

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz Fresh Pineapple Juice

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz Fresh Lime Juice

  • 1 scoop 1 scoop Coconut Sorbet

  • Ice Cubes

  • Dried Coconut Flakes for garnish

Equipment

  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Jigger
  • Hawthorne Strainer
  • Hurricane Glass

Instructions

  • Add the white rum, fresh pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, and coconut sorbet to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  • Shake vigorously until well-chilled, about 20-30 seconds.
  • Double-strain the mixture into a chilled Hurricane glass.
  • Garnish with dried coconut flakes.
