Ingredients

  • 60 ml 2 fl oz White Rum

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz Coconut Cream

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz Coconut Milk

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz Pineapple Juice

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz Fresh Lime Juice

  • 7.5 ml 1/3 fl oz Simple Syrup

  • Ice cubes

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Jigger
  • Hollowed-out coconut shell or a rocks glass

Instructions

  • Gather all your ingredients and equipment. If you’re using a fresh coconut, carefully hollow it out to use as a unique serving glass.
  • In a blender, add the white rum, coconut cream, coconut milk, pineapple juice, freshly squeezed lime juice, and simple syrup.
  • Add a handful of ice cubes to the blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a hollowed-out coconut shell or rocks glass filled with ice.
  • Garnish with a wedge of lime, a cherry, or a pineapple slice for an extra tropical touch.

Notes

  • For a non-alcoholic version, you can omit the white rum and add more coconut milk and pineapple juice for a delicious mocktail.
