Ingredients
60 ml 2 fl oz vodka
30 ml 1 fl oz lemon juice
120 ml 4 fl oz club soda
Lemon wedge or twist
Salt, for rimming the glass

Highball glass
Instructions
- Take the lemon wedge and run it around the rim of the highball glass. Dip the rim into a small plate filled with salt to create a salted rim. This adds a nice salty contrast to the drink.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Shake well to ensure the flavors blend together.
