Ingredients

  • 120 ml 4 fl oz Apple cider

  • 60 ml 2 fl oz Caramel vodka

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz Butterscotch schnapps

  • 5 ml 1/6 fl oz Lemon juice

  • Ice cubes

  • Apple slice and caramel drizzle

Equipment

  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Jigger
  • Hawthorne strainer
  • Rock glass

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
  • Pour in the caramel vodka, apple cider, butterscotch schnapps, and lemon juice.
  • Shake the mixture vigorously for 15–20 seconds to chill and combine the flavors.
  • Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass.
  • Add a slice of apple to the rim of the glass and drizzle caramel over the top for a decorative finish.

Notes

  • To enhance the flavor and presentation, rim the glass with caramel sauce and a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar before pouring the cocktail.
