120 ml 4 fl oz fresh orange juice

60 ml 2 fl oz freshly brewed espresso coffee

Instructions
- Start by pouring the fresh orange juice into a rocks glass.
- Slowly add the caramel syrup to the orange juice and gently stir with a bar spoon to mix.
- Carefully pour the freshly brewed and slightly cooled espresso over the back of a spoon held just above the surface of the drink, allowing it to gently float on top, creating a layered effect.
