  • 5 ml 1/6 fl oz water

  • 2 dashes 2 dashes Angostura bitters

  • 60 ml 2 fl oz bourbon

  • Ice

  • 1 1 Orange peel and Cinnamon stick for garnish

  • Stir the mixture with your bar spoon for about 20 seconds, ensuring that the ingredients are well mixed.
  • Add the bourbon to the glass.
  • Fill the glass with ice cubes.
  • Stir the mixture with your bar spoon for about 30 seconds, ensuring that the ingredients are well combined and the glass becomes cold.
  • Express the orange peel over the glass by twisting it to release its essential oils, and then rub the peel around the rim of the glass.
