30 ml 1 fl oz Dark Crème de Cacao

30 ml 1 fl oz Heavy Cream

Instructions
- Begin by chilling your coupe or martini glass in the freezer for a few minutes.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the brandy, dark crème de cacao, and heavy cream.
- Add ice cubes to the shaker, then cover and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the mixture is well-chilled.
- Remove the glass from the freezer. Use the strainer to pour the cocktail mixture into the chilled glass.
- Finely grate a dusting of nutmeg over the top of the cocktail for a fragrant and aromatic finish.
Notes
- You can adjust the creaminess of the cocktail by varying the amount of heavy cream used. More cream will result in a richer texture.
