Ingredients

  • 60 ml 2 fl oz vodka

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz Caffè Borghetti liqueur

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz freshly brewed espresso

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz simple syrup (optional)

  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Brew a fresh shot of espresso and allow it to cool slightly. This prevents it from melting the ice too quickly during shaking.
  • In a cocktail shaker, add the vodka, Caffè Borghetti liqueur, cooled espresso, and simple syrup (if using).
  • Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until the mixture is well chilled and frothy.
