Ingredients

  • 120 ml 4 fl oz frozen pineapple chunks

  • 60 ml 2 fl oz white rum

  • 60 ml 2 fl oz pineapple juice

  • 60 ml 2 fl oz coconut milk or cream

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz lime juice

  • 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon sugar or honey (optional, for extra sweetness)

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Jigger
  • Hurricane glass

Instructions

  • Place the frozen pineapple chunks, white rum, pineapple juice, coconut milk, lime juice, and optional sugar or honey into a blender.
  • Blend on high speed for about 30-45 seconds until you achieve a creamy, smooth consistency.
  • If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of pineapple juice or coconut milk to thin it out. If it’s too runny, add more frozen pineapple chunks.
  • Pour the creamy mixture into your chilled hurricane glass.
  • Optionally garnish with a pineapple wedge or maraschino cherry, and serve with a straw.

Notes

  • For an extra tropical twist, use coconut rum instead of white rum to double down on the coconut flavor.
