Ingredients

  • 60 ml 2 fl oz coconut rum

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz blue curaçao

  • 90 ml 3 fl oz fresh pineapple juice

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz cream of coconut

  • 1 handful 1 crushed ice

  • Fresh pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry for garnish

  • Hurricane glass
  • Jigger

Instructions

  • Pour the coconut rum, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut into your blender.
  • Add the crushed ice to the blender.
  • Blend all ingredients on high speed for 10-15 seconds until the mixture becomes smooth and frothy.
  • Pour the blended mixture into a hurricane glass.
  • Thread a fresh pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry onto a cocktail pick and place it on the rim of the glass.

Notes

  • For the most authentic flavor, use Coco López cream of coconut rather than coconut milk, as it provides the perfect sweetness and creamy texture that makes this cocktail truly special.
