Ingredients
60 ml 2 fl oz coconut rum
30 ml 1 fl oz blue curaçao
90 ml 3 fl oz fresh pineapple juice
30 ml 1 fl oz cream of coconut
1 handful 1 crushed ice
Fresh pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry for garnish

Instructions
- Pour the coconut rum, blue curaçao, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut into your blender.
- Add the crushed ice to the blender.
- Blend all ingredients on high speed for 10-15 seconds until the mixture becomes smooth and frothy.
- Pour the blended mixture into a hurricane glass.
- Thread a fresh pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry onto a cocktail pick and place it on the rim of the glass.
Notes
- For the most authentic flavor, use Coco López cream of coconut rather than coconut milk, as it provides the perfect sweetness and creamy texture that makes this cocktail truly special.
