Ingredients

  • 45 ml 1 1/2 fl oz vodka

  • 120 ml 4 fl oz Clamato juice

  • 2 dashes 2 dashes hot sauce

  • 3 dashes 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 pinch 1 pinch celery salt

  • 1 pinch 1 pinch ground black pepper

  • Lime wedge, for garnish

  • Celery stalk, for garnish

Equipment

  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Hawthorne strainer
  • Jigger
  • Highball glass

Instructions

  • Moisten the rim of a highball glass with a lime wedge, then dip it into a plate of celery salt to coat the rim.
  • In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine vodka, Clamato juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, and ground black pepper. Shake gently to mix the ingredients without over-diluting
  • Strain the mixture into the prepared highball glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Add a lime wedge and a celery stalk for garnish.

Notes

  • For an extra kick, you can customize the spiciness of the drink by adjusting the amount of hot sauce to taste.
