30 ml 1 fl oz blood orange juice

15 ml 1/2 fl oz triple sec or Cointreau

15 ml 1/2 fl oz lime juice

15 ml 1/2 fl oz cranberry juice

15 ml 1/2 fl oz simple syrup

Instructions
- Place a martini glass in the freezer or fill it with ice and water to chill while preparing the cocktail.
- In a cocktail shaker, add vodka, blood orange juice, triple sec, lime juice, cranberry juice, and ice cubes.
- Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until the mixture is well-chilled.
- Discard the ice from your chilled martini glass. Strain the mixture into the glass using a fine strainer for a smooth finish.
- Optionally, garnish with a twist of blood orange peel or a thin slice of blood orange for added flair.
Notes
- For a more intense citrus aroma, hold the blood orange peel over the glass and gently squeeze to release the oils before using it as a garnish.
