60 ml 2 fl oz Vodka

22.5 ml 2/3 fl oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon

15 ml 1/2 fl oz Blackberry Simple Syrup

15 ml 1/2 fl oz Elderflower Liqueur

8 8 Fresh Blackberries

Ice cubes

Instructions
- In a shaker, muddle the fresh blackberries until they are well crushed and release their juice.
- Pour in the vodka, lemon or lime juice, blackberry simple syrup, and elderflower liqueur.
- Add ice cubes to the shaker, then shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a chilled glass, using a fine-mesh strainer to remove seeds and pulp.
- Optionally, garnish with a few fresh blackberries on a cocktail pick.
