Ingredients

  • 120 ml 4 fl oz stout beer (such as Guinness)

  • 120 ml 4 fl oz Sparkling wine or Champagne 

Equipment

  • Champagne glass
  • Bar spoon
  • Jigger

Instructions

  • Ensure that both the stout beer and sparkling wine are chilled before preparing the cocktail.
  • Gently pour the stout beer into the Champagne flute, filling it about halfway.
  • Take the bar spoon and hold it over the glass, with the back of the spoon facing up. Slowly pour the sparkling wine over the spoon, allowing the wine to gently float on top of the beer.
