Black Manhattan Cocktail Recipe

The Black Manhattan Cocktail is a sophisticated variation of the traditional Manhattan cocktail, swapping sweet vermouth with the rich, herbal flavors of amaro. This Italian-inspired twist gives the drink a darker, more complex profile while keeping the classic balance of whiskey and bitters. It’s a perfect cocktail for those who enjoy something a bit more intense and layered.
