Ingredients

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz white rum

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz cognac

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz Cointreau

  • 10 ml 1/3 fl oz fresh lemon juice

  • Ice cubes

  • Hawthorne strainer
  • Jigger

Instructions

  • Chill your coupe glass by filling it with ice water while you prepare the cocktail.
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the light rum, cognac, Cointreau, and fresh lemon juice.
  • Add ice cubes to the shaker, secure the lid, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the mixture is well-chilled.
  • Discard the ice water from the chilled glass. Carefully strain the cocktail into the glass, ensuring it’s smooth and frothy.
