Ingredients

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz banana liqueur

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz white rum

  • 1 1 ripe banana

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz coconut cream

  • 45 ml 1/2 fl oz pineapple juice

  • Ice cubes

  • Blender
  • Jigger
  • Hurricane glass

Instructions

  • Chop the banana into smaller pieces to make blending easier.
  • Add the banana, banana liqueur, white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice and ice to a blender.
  • Blend on high speed until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
  • Pour into a chilled Hurricane. Garnish with a banana slice, pineapple wedge, or maraschino cherry for extra flair.
