60 ml 2 fl oz Light Rum

120 ml 4 fl oz Pineapple Juice

60 ml 2 fl oz Coconut Cream

Pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry for garnish

Instructions
- Add Amaretto, light rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and a handful of ice to your blender. If using a cocktail shaker, use crushed ice for a smoother blend.
- Blend the mixture until smooth. If shaking, shake vigorously for about 20 seconds.
- Pour the mixture into a chilled hurricane glass.
