Ingredients

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz coconut rum

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz chocolate liqueur (such as crème de cacao)

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz amaretto

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz cream

  • Chocolate syrup (for garnish)

  • Ice cubes

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Jigger
  • Strainer
  • Martini glass

Instructions

  • Chill a martini by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water for a few minutes.
  • In a cocktail shaker, add the coconut rum, chocolate liqueur, amaretto, cream, and a handful of ice.
  • Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well-chilled and combined.
  • If desired, drizzle chocolate syrup inside the glass for a decorative swirl.
  • Strain the mixture into your chilled glass and serve immediately.

Notes
