Ingredients
45 ml 1 1/2 fl oz Coconut rum (such as Malibu)
30 ml 1 fl oz Cranberry juice
30 ml 1 fl oz Pineapple juice
15 ml 1/2 fl oz Raspberry liqueur or grenadine
15 ml 1/2 fl oz Fresh lemon juice
Ice cubes
Pink sugar for rimming (optional)
Fresh strawberry for garnish

Instructions
- If desired, rim your cocktail glass with pink sugar by wetting the rim with a lemon wedge and dipping it into pink sugar.
- Fill your cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
- Add the coconut rum, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, raspberry liqueur, and fresh lemon juice to the shaker.
- Seal the shaker tightly and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well-chilled.
- Strain the cocktail into your prepared glass.
- Garnish with a fresh strawberry on the rim of the glass.
Notes
- For a more vibrant pink color, adjust the ratio of cranberry juice slightly or add a drop of pink food coloring if desired.
