Gibson Cocktail Recipe

The Gibson stands as a pillar of cocktail simplicity and elegance, essentially a martini adorned with a pickled onion instead of an olive or lemon twist. This small garnish change creates a remarkable difference in flavor, adding a subtle savory note that transforms the drink completely. Dating back to the early 1900s, the Gibson has maintained its reputation as a sophisticated choice among cocktail enthusiasts who appreciate its clean, bracing character.
