Vesper Martini Cocktail Recipe

The Vesper Martini stands as a monument to literary cocktail creation. Unlike many classics that evolved in bars over decades, this elegant drink sprang fully formed from the imagination of Ian Fleming in his 1953 novel Casino Royale. Named after the enigmatic double agent Vesper Lynd, this potent combination of gin, vodka, and Lillet Blanc creates a cocktail that’s crisp, slightly bitter, and undeniably sophisticated, exactly what you’d expect from 007’s signature order.
