Ingredients
60 ml 2 fl oz blanco tequila
90 ml 3 fl oz fresh mango puree
30 ml 1 fl oz fresh lime juice
15 ml 1/2 fl oz Triple Sec
15 ml 1/2 fl oz simple syrup
Ice cubes
1 tablespoon 1 coarse salt
Lime wheel and mango slice for garnish

Instructions
- If using fresh mango, peel and cube the mango, then blend the chunks until smooth to create a puree.
- If desired, prepare the glass by running a lime wedge around the rim and dipping it into a small plate of coarse salt.
- Fill your cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the tequila, mango puree, fresh lime juice, triple sec, and simple syrup to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the outside of the shaker becomes frosty.
- Fill your prepared glass with fresh ice.
- Strain the margarita into the glass.
- Garnish with a lime wheel and a small mango slice on the rim of the glass.
Notes
- For the best flavor, use fully ripened mangoes. The natural sweetness means you can reduce or eliminate the simple syrup.
