Classic Gin and Tonic Recipe

The gin and tonic is the epitome of simple elegance. Born from necessity in colonial India where British officers mixed gin with quinine-infused tonic water to ward off malaria, it has evolved into one of the world’s most beloved cocktails. What makes this drink special is its beautiful balance, the botanical complexity of the gin dancing with the bitter brightness of tonic, all brought together with the aromatic oils of fresh citrus. A proper G&T should be refreshing, crisp, and subtly complex.
