Ingredients

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz Midori melon liqueur

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz Vodka

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz Fresh lemon juice

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz Fresh lime juice

  • Club soda to top

  • Ice cubes

  • Lemon wheel for garnish

  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Hawthorne strainer
  • Jigger
  • Highball glass
  • Citrus press

Instructions

  • Add fresh ice cubes to your highball or Collins glass, filling it about three-quarters full.
  • Pour the Midori melon liqueur and vodka into your cocktail shaker.
  • Squeeze and add the fresh lemon juice and fresh lime juice to the shaker.
  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well-chilled.
  • Strain the mixture over the ice in your prepared glass using a Hawthorne strainer.
  • Gently top the cocktail with club soda, leaving about an inch of space at the top of the glass.
  • Give the drink a gentle stir with a bar spoon to incorporate the club soda.
  • Garnish with a fresh lemon wheel on the rim or floated on top.
