Ingredients
3 3 cucumber slices
15 ml 1/2 fl oz agave nectar
45 ml 1 1/2 fl oz mezcal
22.5 ml 3/4 fl oz freshly squeezed lime juice
22.5 ml 3/4 fl oz passion fruit puree
120 ml 4 fl oz chilled ginger beer
cucumber slice (for garnish)
candied ginger (for garnish)
chile powder (for garnish)

Instructions
- Place cucumber slices in the bottom of a cocktail shaker and add the agave nectar.
- Gently muddle the cucumber to release its flavor without completely crushing it.
- Add the mezcal, fresh lime juice, and passion fruit puree to the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well-chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a copper mug filled with fresh ice.
- Top with chilled ginger beer.
- Garnish with a cucumber slice, a piece of candied ginger, and a light dusting of chile powder.
Notes
- For an extra you can rim the glass with a mixture of salt and chile powder.
