Ingredients

  • 60 ml 2 fl oz Blue Curaçao

  • 60 ml 2 fl oz Pineapple Juice

  • 60 ml 2 fl oz Coconut rum

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz Cream of Coconut

  • Crushed Ice

  • Optional: coconut flakes for rimming the glass

  • Blender
  • Coupe glass
  • Jigger

Instructions

  • Start by rimming your glass with coconut flakes. To achieve this, first pour a little blue curaçao onto a small plate. Dip the rim of the glass into the blue curaçao and then dip it into a plate containing coconut flakes.
  • dd the Blue Curaçao, Pineapple Juice, Rum, Cream of Coconut, and a handful of crushed ice to a blender. Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and slushy.
  • Carefully pour the blended mixture into your coupe glass.
  • Optional: Add a slice of pineapple or a cherry as a garnish.
