Ingredients
30 ml 1 fl oz white rum
30 ml 1 fl oz aged rum
15 ml 1/2 fl oz overproof rum
22.5 ml 3/4 fl oz lime juice
15 ml 1/2 fl oz apricot brandy
15 ml 1/2 fl oz Falernum
30 ml 1 fl oz pineapple juice
7.5 ml 1/3 fl oz grenadine
2 dashes 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Ice cubes
Mint sprig and a cherry for garnish

Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with crushed ice.
- Add the white rum, aged rum, overproof rum, lime juice, apricot brandy, Falernum, pineapple juice, grenadine, and Angostura bitters to the shaker.
- Shake well to combine all ingredients.
- Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and a cherry on top.
Notes
- If Falernum isn’t available, you can make a simple homemade version by infusing rum with cloves, lime zest, ginger, and almond syrup.
