Ingredients

  • 60 ml 2 fl oz Gin

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz Lemon juice

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz Simple syrup

  • 6 6 Cucumber slices

  • Soda water (to top off)

  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add 4-5 cucumber slices to a cocktail shaker. Use a muddler to gently press and release the cucumber’s juices.
  • Pour in the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
  • Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds to chill and mix the ingredients.
  • Fill a Collins glass with fresh ice and strain the mixture over the top.
  • Pour soda water into the glass and gently stir with a bar spoon to combine.
  • Add a thin cucumber slice or spiral for garnish.

Notes

  • For an extra layer of flavor, use a pinch of salt when muddling the cucumber. It enhances the fresh taste and balances the sweetness.
