Ingredients

  • 60 ml 2 fl oz Pisco

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz fresh pineapple juice

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz simple syrup

  • 22.5 ml 3/4 fl oz Champagne

  • Pineapple slice or wedge, for garnish

  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Pour in Pisco, fresh pineapple juice, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and simple syrup

  • Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds to thoroughly mix and chill the ingredients.
  • Strain the mixture into a rock glass filled with fresh ice.
