Ingredients
60 ml 2 fl oz white rum
60 ml 2 fl oz coconut cream
90 ml 2 7/8 fl oz pineapple juice
60 ml 2 fl oz fresh strawberry purée
Fresh strawberries and pineapple slices, for garnish
Ice cubes

Instructions
- Wash and hull the fresh strawberries. Blend them into a purée using a blender. You may strain the purée if you prefer a smoother consistency.
- In a blender, combine the white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice and strawberry purée. Add a handful of ice cubes.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. The texture should be thick but pourable.
- Pour the Strawberry Colada into a chilled hurricane glass.
- Decorate with fresh strawberries and pineapple slices on the rim of the glass and serve.
