Ingredients
30 ml 1 fl oz coconut rum
30 ml 1 fl oz white rum
90 ml 3 fl oz pineapple juice
15 ml 1/2 fl oz grenadine syrup
15 ml 1/2 fl oz blue curaçao
30 ml 1 fl oz water
Ice cubes

Highball glass
Bar spoon

Instructions
- Fill your highball glass about halfway with ice cubes.
- Pour the grenadine syrup over the ice, allowing it to settle at the bottom of the glass.
- In a separate container, mix the coconut rum, white rum, and pineapple juice.
- Gently pour this mixture over the back of a bar spoon onto the ice to create a layer above the grenadine.
- In another container, mix the water and blue curaçao.
- Very carefully, pour the blue mixture over the back of the bar spoon to create the top layer of the cocktail and serve.
