Venetian Spritz Cocktail Recipe

The Venetian Spritz is a refreshing and effervescent cocktail that originated in the Veneto region of Italy, particularly in the city of Venice. Known for its bright, slightly bitter flavor balanced by sweetness and sparkling wine, this cocktail is a favorite for aperitivo, Italy’s pre-dinner tradition. With a perfect blend of bitter liqueur, prosecco, and soda water, the Venetian Spritz is both simple to make and easy to enjoy.
