30 ml 1 fl oz gin
30 ml 1 fl oz Chambord (or another raspberry liqueur)
120 ml 4 fl oz champagne
Fresh raspberries for garnish

- Place your champagne flute in the freezer to ensure the cocktail stays cold.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin and Chambord. Add ice and shake well until chilled (around 15-20 seconds).
