Ingredients

  • 60 ml 2 fl oz vodka

  • 10 10 fresh raspberries

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz fresh lime juice

  • 120 ml 4 fl oz ginger beer

  • Ice cubes

  • Mint sprig (for garnish)

  • Extra raspberries (for garnish)

Equipment

  • Bar spoon
  • Jigger
  • Copper mug
  • Muddler

Instructions

  • In a copper mug, muddle the fresh raspberries using a muddler or the back of a spoon. Gently press to release the juices, ensuring you don’t break the seeds.
  • Pour the vodka and fresh lime juice directly into the mug over the muddled raspberries.
  • Fill the mug with ice cubes.
  • Pour in the ginger beer to fill the mug.
  • Using a long spoon, gently stir everything together in the mug until the ingredients are well combined.
  • Garnish with a sprig of mint and a few extra raspberries. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a slightly sweeter Raspberry Mule, add a teaspoon of simple syrup before stirring, or use ginger ale in place of ginger beer for a milder ginger flavor.
