60 ml 2 fl oz aged rum

30 ml 1 fl oz freshly squeezed orange juice

22.5 ml 3/4 fl oz freshly squeezed lime juice

15 ml 1/2 fl oz sugar syrup

1 1 egg white

Ice cubes

Lime wheel or orange peel

Instructions
- Add the rum, orange juice, lime juice, sugar syrup, and egg white to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously without ice for about 10 seconds to create a frothy texture.
- Open the shaker, add ice cubes, and shake again for 10-15 seconds until chilled.
- Strain the cocktail through both a Hawthorne strainer and a fine mesh strainer into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
- Finish with a lime wheel or a twist of orange peel.
