Ingredients

  • 60 ml 2 fl oz dark rum

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz gold rum

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz pineapple juice

  • 30 ml 1 fl oz orange juice

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz lime juice

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz grenadine

  • 2 dashes 2 dashes Angostura bitters

  • Ice cubes

Equipment

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Jigger
  • Strainer
  • Highball glass

Instructions

  • Add ice cubes to your cocktail shaker.
  • Pour the dark rum, gold rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, lime juice, grenadine (or simple syrup), and Angostura bitters into the shaker.
  • Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds, ensuring the ingredients are well mixed.
  • Strain the mixture into a highball or hurricane glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Optionally, garnish with an orange slice, pineapple wedge, or a cocktail cherry.
