Ingredients
60 ml 2 fl oz gin
15 ml 1/2 fl oz elderflower liqueur (like St-Germain)
15 ml 1/2 fl oz fresh lime juice
15 ml 1/2 fl oz simple syrup
3 slices 3 slices cucumber slices
60 ml 2 soda water (to top)

Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, gently muddle 3-4 slices of cucumber to release their juices.
- Add the gin, elderflower liqueur, lime juice, and simple syrup into the shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 10-15 seconds.
- Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Pour soda water over the cocktail and give it a gentle stir.
- Add a thin cucumber slice or twist of lime as garnish.
Notes
- For an even more refreshing flavor, chill the cucumber slices beforehand and serve the White Linen with extra-large ice cubes to slow dilution.
