60 ml 2 fl oz tequila silver
45 ml 1 1/2 fl oz fresh lime juice
30 ml 1 fl oz simple syrup
Ice cubes

Instructions
- Place your coupe or martini glass in the freezer or fill it with ice to chill while you prepare the cocktail.
- Add tequila, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice.
- Shake the mixture for about 15-20 seconds until the shaker is cold to the touch.
- Remove the glass from the freezer or discard the ice, then strain the cocktail into the chilled glass using a fine strainer.
