Ingredients

  • 22.5 ml 3/4 fl oz Bourbon Whiskey

  • 22.5 ml 3/4 fl oz Green Chartreuse

  • 22.5 ml 3/4 fl oz Aperol

  • 15 ml 1/2 fl oz fresh lemon juice

  • Ice

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Jigger
  • Hawthorne strainer
  • Coupe glass or Nick u0026 Nora glass

Instructions

  • Place your coupe or Nick & Nora glass in the freezer, or fill it with ice water to cool it down while you prepare the cocktail.
  • Pour the bourbon whiskey, Green Chartreuse, Aperol, and fresh lemon juice into a cocktail shaker.
  • Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds, until the mixture is thoroughly chilled.
  • Use a Hawthorne strainer to strain the cocktail into your chilled glass.
  • (Optional) Decorate with a small paper airplane
