30 ml 1 fl oz Caffè Borghetti liqueur

30 ml 1 fl oz freshly brewed espresso

15 ml 1/2 fl oz simple syrup (optional)

Instructions
- Brew a fresh shot of espresso and allow it to cool slightly. This prevents it from melting the ice too quickly during shaking.
- In a cocktail shaker, add the vodka, Caffè Borghetti liqueur, cooled espresso, and simple syrup (if using).
- Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until the mixture is well chilled and frothy.
- Strain the cocktail into a chilled martini glass.
- Optionally, garnish with three coffee beans.
